Blocked Emails
Our team is transitioning to a new Transport Order Management System named "TOMS". As part of this transition, we are integrating our current marketing CRM with our transport order management software developed
by Team Alex, exclusively for our customers.
⛔ Unfortunately, emails from your entire dealership are blocked from our CRM. This could be due to various reasons. In the past, involving the dealership's IT department to fix this issue has proven almost impossible.
⚠️ It's crucial that we resolve this issue promptly so we can continue doing business with you.
Once resolved, we will be able to send emails and status notifications directly to you from the CRM.
✔️ There are two simple solutions to this issue.
✔️✔️✔️ The first, simplest, and most preferred solution is for you to provide us with an alternative email address, such as a personal email address, that does not involve your dealership's domain.
✔️If the first option is not feasible for you, we can set up a forwarding email to send messages to your business email address. If you choose this option, you will receive an email from our web hosting company, "Cloud Fare," asking your permission to forward emails to your business address. All you need to do is click 'yes.' You don't have to make any changes on your end. You will receive emails at your business email and can respond from there.
