What is covered by the cargo insurance

🔴 Watch the above video to better understand what is and is not covered by the carrier's insurance.

The carrier's cargo insurance does cover damages caused by driver negligence and accidents. However, it does not cover damages resulting from "Acts of God," such as severe weather events or flying debris. Therefore, damages like broken windshields or paint chips caused by hail must be addressed by the vehicle owner's insurance. This policy is standard among most transportation companies, including SYCN. The carrier nor SYCN provides additional compensation beyond covering the repair or replacement of the vehicle.
