Delivering to a Private Location
🔶🔶 You Must Call Ahead 🔶🔶
The DESTINATION CONTACT will need to meet you there. Therefore, you must call 24 hours in advance and then again 2 hours before your pick-up.
DO NOT JUST SHOW UP!
🔶 Update the delivery contact if you are running late.
🔶 You must arrive no later than 8:00 PM.
🔶 Please have your driver's license ready for verification.
🔶 Document the vehicle's current mileage AT TIME OF DELIVERY on the BOL or with a picture.
🔶 Document the number of keys, manuals, and loose accessories provided to the vehicle’s recipient.
🔶 Perform a thorough inspection and document any pre-existing damages including the undercarriage.
🔶 The driver is not collecting money from the customer, therefore please do not ask or discuss payment.
🔶 Please note that if any damage to the vehicle is observed upon delivery, you are not authorized to negotiate or agree to any type of settlement with the customer. Allow them to document the damages and sign the Bill of Lading. Any related issues should be referred directly to Team Alex agents at ShipYourCarNow LLC for proper handling.
🔶 Under no circumstances should you drop off the car and leave the keys hidden somewhere.
🔶 The destination contact must sign the BOL.
🔶 Once the vehicle is Delivered, please mark the load as "Delivered", On Super Dispatch.
