Picking Up From a Dealership Location Instructions
🔶🔶 You Must Call Ahead 🔶🔶
Only the ORIGIN CONTACT is authorized to release the vehicle, therefore, please call 1 - 2 Hours ahead before arriving.
DO NOT JUST SHOW UP!
🔶 Update the pick up contact if you are running late.
🔶 You must arrive no later than ONE HOUR BEFORE CLOSING!
🔶 Please have your driver's license ready for verification.
🔶 Verify the VIN# to ensure you are given the correct vehicle.
🔶 Document the vehicle's current mileage on the BOL or with a picture.
🔶 Please document the number of keys, manuals, and loose accessories.
🔶 Perform a thorough inspection and document any pre-existing damages including the undercarriage.
🔶 The driver is not collecting money from the dealership, therefore please do not ask or discuss payment.
🔶 Once the vehicle is loaded, please mark the load as "Picked-Up".
