IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
 

⭐ NO AFTER-HOURS (Night Drop-Box) delivery to dealerships

 

⭐ No residential delivery after 8:00 pm. 

 

⭐ Call the pickup location and let them know what time I will be arriving and verify that the vehicle(s) are ready for pickup.

⭐ Verify the VIN# on the vehicle to make sure it matches the one on the dispatch sheet

 

⭐ Call the delivery contact 12 - 24 hours ahead to arrange a time for delivery (even if it is a dealership).

 

⭐ Pick Up and delivery contacts AND driver must sign BOL.

 

⭐ This is NOT a COD Order - DO NOT discuss payment with the customer
