ENTERING PARADISE LAKES:
When you arrive at the entrance gate, please stay in the yellow "A" lane, located to the left of the guardhouse.

​

At the call box, dial 9176. Your call will reach us, and we'll remotely open the gate for you.

​

DRIVING TO THE CONDO:
After entering the community:

​

1: Continue straight to the end of the entrance road. 

2:Turn left.
3: Take the next right.
4: Continue through approximately three stop signs until you reach the end of the street.
5:You'll see a fenced enclosure surrounding the community trash bins.
6:Turn right, then loop around the trash enclosure to the left. At the end of the parking area, you'll see Building B directly ahead.

Building C is immediately to the right of Building B.
As you face Building C, our unit is on the far right. The entrance door is located on the opposite side of the building.

 

ACCESSING THE CONDO:
To unlock the front door, enter the last four digits of your phone number on the keypad.

Inside the condo, you'll find a gate key card for your use during your stay. We recommend keeping it with you whenever you leave the property for easy re-entry.

If you happen to forget the key card, don't worry! Simply return to the entrance call box, dial 9176, and we'll be happy to buzz you in again.

​

😎 SECURITY CAMERA DISCLOSURE: ​

Please note that this vacation rental is located within a clothing-optional resort. For security purposes and to help protect the property, an exterior Ring camera is installed on the patio.

 

Once you have arrived and completed check-in, you are welcome to cover the camera with a towel or another suitable item during your stay for added privacy. Before checking out, please remember to remove the covering so the camera is unobstructed when you leave.

 

The camera is located outdoors and is intended solely for property security.

 

VACATION MODE:​

Our condo is designed for relaxation, unwinding, and creating wonderful memories. It is meant for registered guests only, so please save large gatherings and parties for one of the resort’s many social events.

​

KEEP THE PARADISE PEACEFUL:

​While you’re on vacation, please remember that many of our neighbors are simply enjoying their everyday lives at home. Be especially mindful of noise during the evening and late-night hours so everyone can have a restful night’s sleep.

BARE IS BEAUTIFUL… FURNITURE COVERS ARE BETTER:

​Paradise Lakes is a clothing-optional community, and we love that carefree spirit! When enjoying the freedom of this lifestyle indoors, we kindly ask that you place a towel on the furniture before sitting. This helps keep everything fresh, clean, and comfortable for everyone. We provide ample towels in both the bathroom and the bedroom armoire, so please help yourself!

 

🚭 PUFF ELSEWHERE:​

Our condo building, lanai, and adjacent patio are all non-smoking areas. If you smoke, please use the designated smoking locations within the resort.

BEFORE YOU HEAD HOME:​

When it’s time to say goodbye to paradise, we’d appreciate your help with a few small favors:

- Please empty all trash.
- Turn off lights and electronics.
- Set the thermostat to:
  - 76°F in the summer
  - 74°F in the winter
- Remember to leave the gate card hanging on the refrigerator for our next guests.
