This fraud prevention email is automatically sent to the origin contact once the order is processed, along with detailed pickup instructions explaining their role in helping prevent carrier fraud.Because the origin contact is responsible for releasing the vehicle at pickup, they play an important role in verifying that the correct carrier, driver, and truck have arrived. The video walks them through what to look for, what to confirm, and why the vehicle should only be released to the approved carrier listed on the dispatch notice. This helps protect the customer, the dealership, and the vehicle by supporting a clear chain of custody at the time of pickup.
