The QQ Link has proven to be an excellent tool, generating thousands of quote requests. However, the original version had some significant shortcomings.
The new version addresses these issues by opening instantly and offering a much more user-friendly experience. It also includes an informative knowledge base that was lacking in the previous iteration.
With your QQ Link, you can request a transport quote or place a shipping order from any device in about one minute.
Since all your information is already pre-populated, this greatly reduces the amount of information you need to provide when requesting a quote.
The best way to enhance the transportation experience is by establishing realistic expectations from
the very beginning. That’s why, as soon as a "Dealer Paid" order is processed, we send an introductory email to your customer.
This email contains an explainer video (see below) that guides customers through the transportation process and helps set realistic expectations.

Many dealerships choose to distance themselves from the transportation process, which is why they refer customers to Team Alex.
To keep these dealerships informed, Team Alex has implemented an automated system that sends a read-only copy of the customer’s quote to the referring dealership contact, provided we have that information.
This allows the dealership to know the quoted price and estimated timelines for the customer.

Once the customer places their transport order, you will receive an email confirming the vehicle's readiness date. We will not begin searching for a carrier until we receive your "Green Light."

In the past few months, Team Alex has introduced new quotes that include estimated timelines for pickup and transit.
Each quote also contains links to informative videos that explain what is covered by insurance and a convenient "Book It" button for placing transport orders.

Since the origin contact plays a crucial role in preventing fraud, we now send them an email outlining their responsibilities.
We also include a video explaining how they can assist in fraud prevention once your transport order is processed.

Once the order is assigned to a carrier, both the origin and destination contacts will receive a dispatch notice.
This notice will include the carrier's contact information, MC number, and an embedded picture of the driver's license and transport truck for verification by both parties.
