Our quotes provide estimated timelines for pickup and transit, along with links to videos explaining insurance coverage and a "Book It" button for orders. Team Alex is dedicated to setting realistic expectations and includes advisories on current market conditions that may impact transportation.
We Do Not Rely On AI For Quotes
Team Alex values integrations, automations, and AI but believes that creating customer quotes should remain a human task. While the vehicle transport industry is shifting towards AI to cut costs by replacing experienced agents, we disagree with this approach. Until AI can accurately handle quotes, we will continue using traditional methods.
Reassign A Transport Order To Your Customer
In many cases, it's unclear who will be responsible for the transportation costs—whether the dealership or the customer will cover them. Team Alex has simplified the process of reassigning a dealer quote to a customer, making it easy to convert it into a customer-paid order.
"Read Only" Copy of your Customer's Quote
When a dealership refers a customer and that customer requests a quote, we provide a read-only copy of the quote to the referring dealership contact. This also applies if the dealership uses their QQ link to request the quote on behalf of the customer, which is the best way to refer clients to Team Alex.
"Coming Soon" Web-Based Quotes
We are currently working on a significant upgrade regarding our quotes. Since our quotes contain numerous links to various pieces of information, they are often marked as spam and may not reach your inbox. In the near future, you will receive an email and a text message with a link to your quote.
"Coming Soon," The Order Form Will Be A Continuation Of Your Quote
The new web quotes will act as your order form, pre-filling the information you provided when requesting your quote. This feature saves you time by eliminating the need to re-enter your details for your transport order.
Dispatch & Fraud Prevention Protocals
Strict Fraud Prevention Protocols
In response to the rise in carrier fraud, Team Alex has implemented stringent protection protocols and new integrations to enhance fraud prevention. We now use HIGHWAY, a leader in carrier verification. Once your transport orders are assigned, you'll receive dispatch contact information, the MC number, and a verified picture of the driver's license and transport truck.
Dispatch Notices That Include Carriers' DL & Truck Picture
You can go through the best vetting process in the world, but if the original contact cannot verify that the assigned carrier is indeed the one showing up to pick up the vehicle, then all that effort has been in vain.
Origin Contact - Fraud Prevention Email
Since the origin contact is essential for fraud prevention, we now send them an email detailing their responsibilities. Additionally, we include a video that explains how they can assist in preventing fraud once your transport order is processed.

Customer Intro Email
After submitting a transport order for a private individual, the destination contact will receive an email containing an introductory video that explains our transport process. The email will encourage them to reach out to Team Alex with any questions they may have. You will also receive a copy of this email. This video is designed to set realistic expectations and help customers understand what to expect during the transportation process.

In the near future, Team Alex will be implementing one of the most innovative transport tools in the industry. The transport status link will provide real-time updates on the status of each transport. Additionally, it features a message center that allows you to easily send messages to all carrier contacts with just a few clicks. There is also a dynamic knowledge center that addresses the most common concerns at every stage of the transport process.

Team Alex is excited about the upcoming launch of their dealer portal, which will be available in the next few months. This portal will enable dealer contacts to view quotes and access information about current and past orders, including their statuses. Users will have the ability to download invoices, check payment statuses, and access bill of lading documents. Furthermore, managers and accounting staff will be able to review all orders and quotes for their dealership, or for multiple dealerships if they oversee more than one.

Upon requesting a transport quote, the referring dealer will receive a read-only copy of the customer's quote. Once they move forward with their order, the dealer contact will receive an email confirming the order and requesting a "Green Light" on the ready date.
