While rare, there are instances when another driver attempts to pick up a vehicle for one of our transports.

Incorrect Driver 

This is completely unacceptable to us, and here’s why: We have strict anti-fraud protocols in place, which include a comprehensive vetting process for the carrier, driver, and truck. This process ensures the driver is authorized and the assigned truck is properly insured.

Carriers have been explicitly instructed to notify us of any changes to the vehicle's transport before arrival for pickup. Even if the driver is employed by the carrier, our experience shows that failing to meet this important requirement can lead to an unsatisfactory transport experience due to their inability to follow instructions.

 

As a result, we will cancel this carrier and reassign the transport to a new one. Please rest assured that we are working to find a new carrier as quickly as possible.

In most cases, canceled orders are reassigned within the original estimated pickup window.

 

Once a new carrier is assigned, we will send you an updated dispatch notice containing the new dates and carrier information.
